Discreetly launched in 2006 as a boutique label, Decoy Recordings has taken a nontraditional approach to releasing projects that share common elements, allowing for a cross-pollination of genres from electronic music, soundtracks, field recordings and wellness. We work with a diverse range of artists, producers and DJs that share a similar approach to their creative output.

Spanning over 15 years, the label is continually looking for new and innovative ways to collaborate with artists and global brands. While this effort has not always been expedient, it has encouraged the importance of quality over quantity.

Decoy Recordings is committed to helping social change by working with organizations in the music industry, including the Recording Academy (GRAMMYs), to help develop a better dialogue on relevant social issues.
